Our Approach
SimplePhotoCam does not collect, store, or sell captured photos, camera information, or location data.
Photos and Camera Information
Captured images are processed on your device and saved to the iPhone photo library. When camera information is on, available details such as the device model, lens, ISO, exposure, aperture, and focal length are recorded in the photo.
Location Information
Location is off by default. Only when you turn it on does SimplePhotoCam save your current location to photos while you use the app. Apple's location services are used to display place names in the photo library. Resolved place names and coordinates are cached on your device for up to seven days. The cache is cleared when the photo library or its permissions change. This information is not sent to the developer's servers.
Photo Library
SimplePhotoCam accesses the photo library within the permission you grant to display and delete photos. Deletion occurs only after iOS confirmation.
On-Device Settings
Grid, aspect ratio, location, and camera information settings are stored on your device. SimplePhotoCam does not use advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
